Posaconazole can effectively prevent invasive fungal infections. At present, although posaconazole  has been approved for marketing by the FDA (approved in March 2014), its status as a main preventive drug has not changed. The antifungal spectrum of echinodin drugs (caspofungin, anidulafungin, and micafungin) is narrower than that of triazole and polyene drugs.
Use
