What is 5-htp Powder ?

5-hydroxytryptophan (5-hydroxytryptophan, 5-HTP) is an amino acid substance. It can be used as the precursor substance of serotonin (serotonin, 5-HT) in the human body (and then as the precursor substance of melatonin).
