Raspberry glucoside is a white or off-white crystalline powder, easily soluble in water and soluble in polar organic solvents such as ethanol. The inhibitory effects of raspberry ketone glucoside (RKG), raspberry ketone galactoside and raspberry ketoxyloside were compared. The results showed that RKG had the strongest inhibitory effect on melanin, followed by raspberry ketogalactoside, and raspberry ketoxyloside had no inhibitory effect.
