Amproline hydrochloride is used in chickens, rabbits, calves and lambs. It is effective against chicken tenderness and Eimeria acervulina, as well as lamb and calf coccidia. It is suitable for use with other medicines and made into water-soluble powder or premix. It is the main anticoccidial medicine for laying hens. The product has low toxicity, large safety range, less residue, and no withdrawal period. It is often combined with ethoxyamide benzyl and sulfaquinoxaline to expand the anti-coccidial spectrum and enhance the anti-coccidial effect. Combined use with sulfaquinoxaline also has a good inhibitory effect on concurrent bacterial infections. It is currently a widely used anticoccidial drug
